Pathways Together Aboriginal Corporation is a not-for-profit Aboriginal-lead organisation dedicated to promoting local Aboriginal people’s social, cultural and economic development. We work with communities around Dubbo, NSW to provide culturally appropriate programs, employment, services and support that empower individuals and families to achieve their goals.

We’re committed to preserving and celebrating Aboriginal culture through our focus on education and training, health and wellbeing, employment, housing, and community development while striving to create opportunities for self-determination, empowerment, and reconciliation.

We focus on education and training, health and wellbeing, employment, housing, and community development. Our flagship programs include the Murru Youth Program, ICaN Nursery, and our management of 8.822m² of Crown Land.

IMPACT

Since 2014, more than 200 local youths have participated in our Murru Youth Program.
ICaN Nursery has provided employment opportunities for hundreds of local people.
In 2022, Pathways Together Aboriginal Corporation was appointed by Crown Lands to manage a 8,822 square metre reserve in Wongarbon.
Pathways Together has provided opportunities for local businesses to tender for projects, creating positive economic outcomes.
